3D VISUALIZATION
ND-MEDIA develops 3D visualizations of interiors and exteriors.
3D visualization is computer technique for production of images, animations or diagrams that has broad appliance in all kinds of projects, with the special function of presenting any object in high quality in any of the production phases and sometimes far before the start of the production.
3D visualization is most commonly used in construction, where it can develop detailed schemes of the project long before the start of the construction, but it can also be applied whenever there is a need to present something that is currently only in the idea or in the preparation phase.
3D Architectural visualization is the art of creating three-dimensional images or animations showing the attributes of a proposed architectural design.
Images that are generated by a computer using three-dimensional modeling software or other computer software for presentation purposes are commonly termed "Computer Generated Renderings".
In our case we are using Cinema 4d ( http://www.maxon.net ) software because Cinema 4D is the perfect package for all 3D artists who want achieve breathtaking results fast and hassle-free.
CINEMA 4D is a 3D modeling, animation and rendering application developed by MAXON Computer GmbH in Germany.
It is capable of procedural and polygonal/subd modeling, animating, lighting, texturing, rendering, and common features found in 3D modelling applications. Rendering techniques vary. Some methods create simple flat images or images with basic shadows. A popular technique uses sophisticated software to approximate accurate lighting and materials.

This technique is often referred to as a "Photo Real" rendering. Renderings are usually created for presentation, marketing and design analysis purposes.

3D renderings play a major role in real estate sales. It also makes it possible to make design related decisions well before the building is actually built.
Thus it helps experimenting with building design and its visual aspects.
